My path here wasn't linear. It started with speech-language pathology in 2014 — a thesis on how parents process the moment their child receives a diagnosis. That work pulled me into behavioral analysis, then into CBT, EFT, and Kinetic Shift. I kept hitting the same wall: clients could understand their patterns cognitively, but the emotional charge underneath wouldn't move. The body was holding what the mind couldn't finish processing.
In 2021, I certified with the UK Hypnosis Academy and developed the C.O.R.E. Method — Clearing Overwhelming Retained Experiences — a structured clinical framework for accessing and releasing stored emotional charge. In 2024, I certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and the National Board for Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists (NBCCH), and founded Sdiddi Counseling Center. I work in English, French, and Arabic — via Zoom worldwide.
Alongside the clinical work, I've spent over a decade immersed in technology — first exploring it endlessly, then building things on the web: websites, blogs, small software projects, and most recently AI tooling. What started as curiosity became a parallel craft: how digital systems actually work, how they shape human behavior, how they can quietly remove friction from things that matter.

I know exactly how they arrive — overwhelmed, weighing whether to finally seek help. Completed SLP studies with a thesis on guiding parents through the moment their child receives a diagnosis. Trainer of Trainers (TOT) certification at the Canadian Center for Human Development.
Applied Behavioral Analysis
Worked with behavioral analysis in practice at HandiMaroc. Learned to treat symptoms — but kept hitting the wall: the emotional charge behind them.
CBT, EFT & Kinetic Shift
Completed CBT practice, remote delivery certification, Kinetic Shift, and EFT. Core insight: the body stores what the mind cannot process.
UK Hypnosis Academy · The C.O.R.E. Method
