The short version: we collect only what we need to reply to you, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising. Everything below is the longer, honest version.
Who we are
At Capacity Leads is a small, founder-led web and growth agency operated by Youssef Sdiddi under Sdiddi Counseling Center LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. When this policy says “we” or “us”, that is who it means. You can reach us at any time at contact@atcapacityleads.com.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways, and both are limited:
- Information you send us. When you use a form on this site (the callback request or the contact form), we receive your name and email, and — only if you choose to share them — your phone number, practice name, practice website, and a message. Every field beyond name and email is optional.
- A consent preference.When you respond to the cookie notice, we store your choice (accept or essential-only) in your own browser so we don't ask you again. That preference lives in your browser's local storage, not on our servers.
How we use it
- To reply to you and answer your questions — the only reason we ask for your details.
- To prepare for a conversation about your practice, if you request one.
- To remember your cookie preference so the notice stays dismissed.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell or rent it to anyone, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your say-so.
Where it goes
When you submit a form, your details are sent to a private spreadsheet we use to keep track of conversations — our single, simple record of who we've spoken with. We do not run a large database, and we do not share your details with third parties except where a service provider (such as the platform that hosts that spreadsheet) processes them on our behalf under its own privacy safeguards.
Cookies
We use essential storage to make the site work and remember your consent choice. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear your browser's stored data at any time to reset your preference.
How long we keep it
We keep conversation records only as long as they are useful for following up with you, then we remove them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we do.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email us at contact@atcapacityleads.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for practitioners and practice owners, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and note the date below. Material changes will be flagged here clearly before they take effect.
