Terms of service
These terms describe how working together works. They are written to be read, not to trap you — the final agreement you sign before a project starts is the one that governs that project.
Who we are
At Capacity Leads is operated by Youssef Sdiddi under Sdiddi Counseling Center LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. We design, build, and maintain websites and growth systems for practitioners — hypnotherapists, coaches, therapists, counselors, and medical or integrative clinics.
The conversation comes first
Before any paid work, we have a real conversation about your practice. We ask questions before recommending anything, and if we are not the right fit, we will tell you. Nothing here obligates you to work with us, and a consultation is free.
How billing works
- Two-part billing. Most engagements have a one-time setup fee plus an optional monthly retainer, shown clearly on our pricing page before you commit.
- Setup is split 50/50. Half of the setup fee is due upfront to reserve your build slot; half is due on your final approval, before go-live.
- Retainers bill monthly. Where a monthly retainer applies, it starts on your launch date and renews on that date each month.
- Contract, then invoice. We sign an online agreement first, then send invoices. The signed agreement governs the project.
What we promise
- Clear, honest communication — you talk to the founder, not a call center.
- Work that matches what we agreed in writing before the project started.
- Straight answers about what is and is not realistic for your practice.
We are honest about outcomes. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, client counts, or revenue figures, because no one honestly can. What we promise is careful, considered work built on real experience.
What we ask of you
- Timely feedback and approvals, so your project keeps moving.
- Accurate information about your practice and credentials.
- Payment of invoices on the schedule in your agreement.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the website and assets we build for you are yours. Third-party services (domains, hosting, subscriptions) remain governed by their own terms, and we will always tell you which accounts are in your name.
Confidentiality & health information
We treat what you share with us as confidential. Where a project involves protected health information, we offer a HIPAA-aligned setup — a signed Business Associate Agreement, encryption, multi-factor authentication, and audit logging — as a documented add-on. We will never handle client health information without the right safeguards in place.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with care, but no service is perfect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes & ending the work
Either of us can end an engagement according to the terms in your agreement. If you end a project mid-build, you owe for work completed to that point; the upfront deposit reserves your slot and covers work already underway. We may update these general terms from time to time; your signed agreement governs your specific project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
